Introduction:As on March 31, 2019, Tecnet Steel Limited (TSL) was a fully integrated mid-size player in the Indian steel industry. TSL was certified by the International Standards Organization (ISO) for its quality and environmental management standards. TSL was founded in the steel city of Bokaro then part of the Indian state of Bihar in 1980 by the Goyal family who hailed from Jaipur, Rajasthan. The company set up its first steel plant in 1983. Over a period of time, TSL showed tremendous growth. By the end of FY19, it was present in various activities across the entire spectrum of steel production which included manufacturing pig iron, cold-rolled coils, precision tubes, black pipe, cable tapes, tor steel, and alloy steel wire rods. .. |
